A strong proponent of holistic solutions and treating concerns from the root, Dr. Rachana is an expert in Ayurveda & Holistic therapies like Reiki, Hypnotheraphy & Counselling. Having graduated in Ayurveda as a top ranker from Pune University in 2000 and completing her Diploma in Beauty and Aesthetic ( cosmetology) in 2005, she truly believes that Ayurveda, along with modern cosmetology is an excellent way to maintain a healthy mind and good skin & hair. With over 22 years of practising experience, she is passionate about curing modern-day health concerns with classical, time tested and proven Ayurvedic approaches. In the past two decades, she has established herself as a versatile Health and Wellness Life Coach dedicated to transforming lives, through the realms of Ayurveda, Holistic modalities. She has conducted multifarious Workshops and Seminars on wellness at innumerable institutions and technology companies in the IT hub of Bangalore. She has conducted training for various levels of Reiki & workshops in prestigious institutions and corporations in Bangalore – Sapient Consulting, Alcon Labs, Gympik, Zoojobies, PWC, Prudent to name a few. The sessions were on the Natural Diet of Healthy Living, Anger Management , Work – Life Balance. Positive Parenting, Accupressure for physical and Emotional wellness, Healing medications and Emotional Freedom Technique for stress, anxiety , fear & anger issues. With her sessions and workshops, she strives to generate awareness about the natural healing systems and alternative medicine where healing is for the entire being – physical, psychological and emotional. Dr. Prema Bhat’s detail oriented, positive, and kind approach towards all her patients is her core strength. Having graduated from Government college of Indian Medicine, Bangalore she strongly believes that Ayurveda can help prevent and cure modern day women health issues.
